How We Friends Started

These are the videos of me. I think I have more of my self-obsessed video but I don't know where I put them. Go have a good laugh at it and enjoy it. The most bottom video was taken like four years ago when we were primary six! Where we were immature kiddos going "hoo-haa" over Malay pop music. I truly, from the bottom of my heart, miss those times when they said I sing like some bloody opera and I in turn said that their voice is like this and like that, criticizing each other non-stop and yet we are still friends. Ok, here goes a long story how we started and all. I may be quite evil at that point of time. Well, I met Syaz and Fiz when I was about primary five.

I remembered Syaz started talking to me on the way back from religious class. I didn't even know who he was but I just acted nice and it turns out that we were from the same school that time. So we moved on from going to school together since it was an afternoon session , we went to the provision shop and he recommended me this multi-ball point pen. I love that pen but too bad they no longer sell them. It makes writing neatly comfortable.

Then I met Fiz, if I remember correctly, through Syaz because they know each other for quite some time then. Ever since I knew Fiz, I went to his house at times before going to school to make our own lame concerts using video camera! Thank God he deleted it. We were too full of ourselves. I mean the bed turned into a stage and wardrobe becomes that exit of the stage and of course, the mic becomes the mic.

After which, we realized how childish we were and we moved into telephone conference and start talking about having small party with us performing! Inspired by Juara Lagu shown by TV3 (Malaysian channel). And at times we discussed other things too. I remember Fiz and Syaz were talking about Charmed (TV Series). The first super-super small party we had was at Fiz's house with only one guest and two judges who were our friends. The guests were Faizah (miss her loads!) and the judges were Tariq and Taufiq. We enjoyed ourselves very much. I mean, that time our voices were high enough to reach those unreachable notes so we always thought we could sing. Speaking of my performance, I ran away from the fireworks covering my ears while at first I'm the one asking for it! Guess what, there were only two participants, Fiz and me while Syaz backed out. He came though to help Fiz out. Who won? Fiz got all the prizes while I got one: Best Vocal. (Gosh, I'm laughing now) That small party leaves us wonderful memories which even now, we speak of it.

In the following year, we separated, going different directions. Different schools, new people and different environment. We did contact each other still. Fiz had been diligently calling me and I'm the bad one who tend to forget to call him. Luckily Syaz went to the same Higher Malay lesson as me so we get to contact like almost every week. Then connections got more complicated. I shall not get into details because I for myself get confused at times!

In our entire secondary school life, we still contact each other and still hang out with each other, do some silly stuffs that others would never do (I guess) and we still do have the same interest but now, more of different kind of stuffs. But still, friends come and go. I really really hope it last for a very, very long time. Who knows, forever?

A Day Out

Showing you this picture below does not mean I hate Literature. I'm fascinated by my friend's drawing because within half and hour, he is able to produce this kind of art piece. Well, I'm not encouraging you to be like him because he did this during his Literaure 'O' level examination, which he only took half and hour to complete his one and a half hour paper.

Fiz, Tariq, and I went to Pizza Hut to have lunch and indeed, lunch lasted me for almost the whole day. It was so filling. Since, Fiz's order came late (as usual), the manager gave him four pieces of chicken and of course, we thank God for not making us order that chicken. Of course, I had one from his plate. After which we went to Simei to look for our long yearned trench coat, but it was so huge for us. Only giants can wear them. Well, we've not checked out Parkway Parade yet.

After which we planned to go to Ikea so window shop for nothing and talk about stuffs, but Tariq complained he was tired. What the hell! Then Hafiz showed some long face which I don't even care, but I know it's meant for Tariq. Heh! Tariq ended up changing his mind: Instead of going home, why not go to Downtown East. We headed to Downtown East to play billiard but hell there's a lot of people. We ended up walking deep inside to the chalets then we saw an arcade, so we ended up playing there. We played the soccer thingy where you can control with your hands and I jumped and scream in excitement playing it. We also played the techno dance machine thing which only now I know how to play.

After those fun stuffs we did, we sat at the water breaker and took some lame photographs. Seriously, life is so dull without camera. Using camera from my cell sucks. I so need a camera phone. The Cybershot one I mean. Now the 6.5 megapixel Cybershot is available instead of the normal 3.2 megapixel. I'm going to get it!

Ok, back to as what I was saying. After which we went back and ran away from Tariq for fun! Since, he did the same thing to us! Haaha, it was so funny but Fiz and I felt so bad though. Sorry Tariq, but it was just so fun. Anyway, running from him was so fun that we accidentally stepped onto the mud and we were laughing like mad at our silly antics. I was perspiring like mad dog and was quite embarrassed in the bus because my shirt is so wet that you can see those wet patches at my back. What the hell. Habis la minah-minah yang tengok aku semua nanti tak sudi..

I have to start making my post-exams schedule now. Like totally!

Happy Eid On Post 'O' Levels

Hello sunshine! The earth says hello again! Oh my holy God! Finally, the time is here where I'm back blogging again! Guess what, I have loads of plan in my list in commemoration with post 'O' Level activities and one of them is to go to go tour around Singapore! Seriously, I'm so heading to the zoo and night safari and not to forget the Esplanade and Bugis Street and whatever places of interest I can find in Singapore! Well apart from that, I still want to tour the world.

How are my 'O' Levels you may ask? Well, it's more of ups and downs with the easy papers and non-easy papers but mostly, I truly think that most of the papers are manageable. Not to say easy because results are not out yet. But whatever it is, what come may. I am totally ready to accept my results because I know I've done my best, to my maximum potential and thank you everyone especially my tutors, parents and those who helped!

Eid is coming to an end and I would like to take this last minute opportunity to wish all of you "Selamat Hari Raya, maaf zahir dan batin." and of course to all Hindus, Happy Deepavali. For your info, I'm going to Mustafa Centre probably next week?

I'm busy having my own movie-marathon now, watching American Pie, such a disgusting, yet funny movie! Just to add on, I've gathered my past years books and I'm selling it off. So please, next year's Secondary Four students, call me if you want to purchase my used books. Of course, I'll give you the good books. But do check your syllabus, it might be different. Adios!

Higher Malay peeps! I miss you people!
