Invito Hotel Suites, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Hello everyone! Hope this post finds you well. I have been exhausted really with the tonnes of activities that has been going on for the past few weeks but I am really grateful for the strength to last till dusk. I am in need of long and deep sleep. I am really happy to be fasting as it helps to detox since my meals are freshly cooked – abstinence from fast food and other toxic loaded delicacies like Doritos is hard but manageable!

I have not been on a holiday for a very long time so when I got to go for a break as near as the capital city of Malaysia, I am very grateful already! But before we dive into the good other places, let’s talk about this new pompous all-white hotel Invito Suites and Residence that will be launching next week, 23 July 2014!

I am really glad and honored to be there for a preview tour. Located in the epicenter of Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, Invito Hotel Suites is the most prestigious address at the heart of Changkat Bukit Bintang that offers exceptional hotel-style living right in the city’s premier lifestyle enclave.

Kuala Lumpur is open. Booming. The last time I was there was a few years ago and I vividly remember what was there and what was not. Now, I was really surprised to get stuck in such heavy traffic, to get a little bit lost albeit on a Saturday, it isn't school holiday. To my amazement there were so many futuristic skyscrapers and a lot of construction going on! That explains the jam really! Be it a revamp, or new building and the latest trending project - the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit project. It is definitely a progress towards their dream of being a city of tomorrow.

Invito Hotel Suites has an infinity pool and a fitness center overlooking the city. Wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is complimentary in public areas. Additional amenities include concierge services and dry cleaning/laundry services. The property has designated areas for smoking.

Rooms open to balconies - you can always have the city view and fresh air. Guestrooms at Invito Hotel Suites offer safes and coffee/tea makers. 50-inch flat-screen TVs are equipped with satellite channels. Bathrooms offer showers, bathrobes, and hair dryers. The highlight for all units is that all of them have kitchenettes with induction stove tops, full-sized refrigerators/freezers, microwaves, and cookware, dishes and utensils - which is amazing because the appliances are by Electrolux. Additional amenities include complimentary bottled water and irons/ironing boards - some hotels charge, which is retarded. Housekeeping is offered daily.

Warm hospitality seems to be the trademark at the 27 storey Invito Hotel Suites, with guests treated like family, a service which encourages travelers to keep coming back time and time again. When it comes to bedding down, the hotel is home to 354 guestrooms done up in masculine style with a monochromatic color palette of black, white and grey.

Business travellers can take advantage of the hotel and its business centre, function rooms and reading lounge. With easy accessibility and convenient connectivity, all your daytime and nocturnal needs from high-end retail shopping, scrumptious hawker fare to popular bars and chic clubs, are literally just steps away. What's more, entertainment wise, the possibilities are endless. With three monorail stations - Raja Chulan, Bukit Bintang and Imbi serving the area, it allows you an easy access to the city best sightseeing and shopping. A short walk from here at 750m away is Jalan Alor, a street where you can find the city's best hawker food, and Changkat Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur's most happening nightlife hotspot.
